Our Values

The Liverpool Way forms part of our core values and underpins everything we do at Liverpool FC. From how we work together within our teams and together across the club with commitment and ambition, in the way we act on and off the field as individuals and as a club with dignity, the way we treat people and want to be treated, and how we strive to do things better together in unity for the common good.

A word from the CEO

Peter Moore's thoughts on working for Liverpool Football Club.

Meet the team

John - Stadium Foreman

I’ve worked for LFC for 14 years, since the age of 17 when I started as an apprentice joiner and have loved being part of the club’s ongoing progression and seeing it go from strength to strength - both on and off the pitch. I currently have a team of 13 skilled and well experienced members of staff. I get great satisfaction from supporting them on a daily basis and watching the contribution they make to the smooth running of the stadium, especially on match day.

I love being part of a team who are dedicated and passionate about everything they do. This goes right across the club, it's a great environment to work in, everyone wants to do the best job they can. It's fast paced and provides great opportunities for personal growth and career development as the business continues to grow.

The club is very ambitious and strives to improve on a day to day basis, everyone also goes the extra mile to make you feel as comfortable and as welcome as possible. One thing I enjoy is the experience it has provided me with to help aid my financial accounting studies. The finance department has trusted me with every area that role encompasses and I feel this has allowed me to complete my job and studies to the best of my ability.

I enjoy being able to make difference at LFC, which is a fantastic place to work and stays true to being the world’s greatest football family. The emphasis on family goes far beyond just football. The people that work here are dedicated, loyal and passionate about what they do.
