This is a key role within the HR department as part of the HR Leadership Team and the successful candidate will lead the ongoing development of our Reward & Recognition strategy but will also contribute to the wider HR agenda. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be able to shape and influence and has their ear to the ground to keep us at the forefront of what`s happening in the market.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to manage reward and recognition frameworks that reinforce our values, engage our colleagues and enable us to provide our colleagues with real choice around their benefits package.

The role will be responsible for leading the following areas of our Reward Strategy:

1.Reward Management: Maintain a reward strategy that enables the attraction and retention of talent. Manage the ongoing governance of the strategy encompassing all elements of Total Reward, including commission and other bonus schemes. Manage the execution of the annual pay for performance review process, annual bonus awards process including the planning and governance of the end-to-end processes.
2.External Benchmarking: review pay and grading structures to enable effective monitoring of pay and benefits trends internally and externally, using job families for accurate benchmarking.
3.Job Evaluation: Maintain integrity of the job evaluation process, ensuring evaluations are applied against the Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation framework.
4.Data Management: Design, implement and monitor effective systems and processes for the input, manipulation and storage of all people data which is legally compliant and optimises the use of HRMIS to create a simple platform for managers and colleagues to manage their own and their team`s people data. Use analytics to provide the business with meaningful data about their people. Represent the HR Department on the Information Security / GDPR Governance Group. Conduct pay modelling with scenarios for optimal distribution of pay and bonus budget.
5.Benefits Management: Management of Company funded and voluntary benefit schemes including accountability for annual insurance renewals. Optimise the use of technology, to engage and promote benefits to support colleague choice. Continue to develop Total Reward Statements to ensure the value of the proposition is understood by colleagues.
6.Pensions Management: Chair the Pension Governance Committee to ensure pension strategies are fit for purpose and compliant. Effective communications to Colleagues surrounding financial wellbeing and pensions management.
7.Account Management: Ownership and management of key HR supplier relationships accounts to ensure continued service delivery and return on investment.
8.Recognition: Drive engagement via our recognition site and continually develop a culture of recognising great work. Manage the quarterly and annual recognition events.
9.Well Being: Plan and deliver well-being solutions to support colleagues physical, mental and financial well-being via co-ordination of activity of mental health first aiders and our LFC social team.
10.Digitalisation of the HR process map: HR Systems ownership, optimisation; design and implementation of enhancements and upgrades. Drive automation of processes and ease of use for all HR interactions in collaboration with HR Services Manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with proven reward management expertise, someone who has delivered and managed flexible benefits schemes, and researched and introduced new and exciting benefits to enhance our benefits programme.

You will be highly analytical as data plays a huge part of this role. Managing, manipulating and presenting data to enable our business leaders to make decisions on Reward is vital, along with supporting and managing the annual pay review and bonus cycles.

You will be a strong, confident communicator, demonstrating your passion for reward and recognition and creating excitement, promotion and engagement with various initiatives right across the Club.

A digital mindset will be key to optimising the various systems and software we use in HR to streamline processes, make us easy to do business with and provide a top-class service to our managers and colleagues. It would be an advantage if you have experience in Zellis Resourcelink.
