Working as a Casual Sales Assistant at the Club

We currently have opportunities for Casual Sales Assistants wanting to join our Retail Team in our Chester Store.

What will you be doing?

The roles' main purpose is to support the Stores' management team in ensuring the overall fan experience meets the expectations of our fans, and Club. The applicant must be able build and maintain good working relationships, both internally with colleagues and with external stakeholders. Working in this role you will maintain a professional image, always representing the values of Liverpool Football Club.

The specifics of this role will include:

Provide a first-class shopping experience for our fans, demonstrating understanding of the stores KPI's.
Consistently adhere to Stock Management Controls, Visual Merchandising guidelines, demonstrate Commercial Awareness and Product Knowledge.
Demonstrate strong understanding of Cash Management including the ability to perform Refunds/Exchanges
Demonstrate a desire to succeed, taking part in development opportunities and engaging in the Clubs Culture
Perform to Operational Compliance measures to both statutory and club requirements.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with a passion for sales. The successful candidates will have previous retail experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, they will have excellent time management skills, strong numeracy skills and be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Retail and/or Customer Service qualifications would be advantageous.
